Keith is a successful performer and music educator. He is a highly acclaimed musician and, as a result, enjoys an enviable reputation as one of the UK’s leading bass guitarists although he also plays drums, keyboards and guitar.
Throughout his twenty five years in the business, Keith has worked in most areas of the music business including Rock/Pop Music Tours, Jazz Concerts, TV/Radio Broadcasts with extensive tour experience of the USA, Canada, Europe and of course the UK.
With an impressive resumé of performance and recording credits to his name, Keith has performed alongside some of the most prominent names in popular music & broadcasting including:- Tony Christie, Sting, Rolling Stones, Phil Collins, Jools Holland, Squeeze, Anastacia , Robbie Williams, Travis, Eurythmics, Lulu, Chris Rea, Elvis Costello, Ian Dury, Liberty X, Jonathan Ross, Michael Parkinson, The Pretenders, Terry Wogan, plus many more.
Keith was featured on the No.1 hit single and Comic Relief anthem, “Is this the way to Amarillo” and has just completed a sell-out UK tour in Tony Christie’s band with television appearances TOTP, CDUK, GMTV, Queen Mania, Today with Des & Mel and Emmerdale.
Keith has taught on a variety of music courses ranging from performance workshops to lecturing on B.Mus. (Hons) Degree in Jazz, Popular & Commercial Music. Spec ialist subjects include; Music Harmony & Theory, Performance Techniques, Composition, Improvisation, Ear Training, History of Popular Music and Music Technology.
